We are pleased to accept returns and give exchanges on all orders that are not open, used or tampered with. Please take out the hair extensions and compare with your own hair and see if they match well. Don't do further move if you find the color is not matching.
2. Why are opened hair extensions non-returnable?
Everyone takes hair extensions as personal and hygienic stuff like clothes. We take this matter serious and don't allow opened hair extensions to be returned and affect other customers safety. This is a rule in hair industry.
3. What is the return period?
Return period is 30 days from the date you receive your hair extensions.
4. Who pay for the shipping for return?
Customers are paying their own returning shipping cost. Remember to send us the tracking information once you have one.
5. When will I receive my refund or exhange?
We'll issue a full refund(or send out exchange) once we have received the returning hair extension and confirmed it's not open.
